Real Estate Aerial Photographs
Aerial photographs provide a unique perspective of homes and other real estate. An aerial photograph can depict an entire farm, the relationship of a house in a neighborhood, large archetectual structures, etc. The following usage terms are available for images taken of real estate:
- As time permits, the photographer will take aerial photographs of individual homes and properties at no charge. The property must be within 30 miles of Lancaster, OH. Framed photographic prints or a license for publication of the images obtained may be purchased.
- No usage rights other than those specifically noted in the license are given. A photo credit in the form of “© Martin J. Lohne year” must appear adjacent to all published images.
- A license for publication is not transferable and may only be used by or for the interests of the person who paid for image usage.
- If a property owner or real estate agent chooses not to buy a license for reproduction, persons wishing to view selected image(s) may be sent to the Orchard Photo web site. Images may be posted as time and website space permits.
